Basement Day a No Go

Sad to say basement day didn't turn out the way I hoped. Jen was sick, so we didn't do DDR and my scale ran out out of battery power, so we didn't weigh in. That is just sad.

But, I'm back on track with my eating. Woo.

And I did Yoga today with Angela.
